Here's another interesting custom carbon frameset maker, Ruegamer:

Carbon fibre is such a wonderful material, you can work it in just about any shape and form. Can you shape your headtube into a skull?

Or just hand wrap the heck out of the headtube?

Or shape your seat tube as aero as it can be (is this UCI legal?)

They're the first builder to work on the new Reynolds stainless steel tubeset: 953. The resulting frame weight is only a little more than 1kg!! For a steel frame, that's amazing. Here is their 953 prototype:
